Posizione ottima, in centro a la spezia, a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione dei treni di Laspezia centrale. Unica pecca posizione scomoda per il parcheggio, ma una volta trovato non è più necessario toccare la macchina fino alla fine del soggiorno. Struttura pulita e accogliente, staff cordiale e alla mano. Abbiamo passato un ottimo soggiorno a Laspezia.

The room was just beautiful and perfect with little touches. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and entry was high tech. Less than 10 mins walk to the station and 15 mins to the ferries and shops, restaurants and cafes outside. Lovely to have the small balcony too.

La habitación era super, tenia aire acondicionado, un sistema de cierre sin necesidad de llaves, todo automatico, situado en el centro, cerca de la estación de tren donde coger el tren para las cinque terre.

Very central and nice property

No staff greeted us as the property was hard to find . We relied on a kind neighbour to help us obtain entrance details. After a long hot journey it was the last thing we needed. Codes for entry should be sent before arrival. A threat to the police for not presenting id was shocking. We didn’t know where to present it and would have gladly done so if we knew where!
