Hotel Koorawatha

The staff were great. Loved the pool competition. Meals were generous and delicious. Handy having access to a shared kitchen. Balcony at sunset with a drink in hand was a highlight

Very old and tired property in need of some love. Lack of heating upstairs. Room was cosy and electric blankets were good but the kitchen, bathrooms and bar were chilly.

My husband and I love staying at old country pubs. and this was no exception. Cheap, clean, friendly and providing everything we need, including a counter tea so we didn't have to go looking for a restaurant.... a real bonus after a long day of travelling.

There wasn't anything to complain about with our stay. It was exactly as we expected... and breakfast facilities were great , providing everything we needed.... adjacent to our bedroom.

Unable to stay due to a bug infestation, known about prior to our stay however neglected to be disclosed to us. Premises were not habitable due to said infestation. We had a young child and walked out within 15mins of arriving, politely advising staff of the matter, who advised they understood and would refer to management. No refund or solution provided. Owner went unresponsive upon complaint and refused to answer email nor respond to a solution. Save yourself the money and hassle.

We stayed at this hotel to experience an old fashioned country pub. The room, bedding and shared bathrooms were fine. The staff were also very helpful.

The breakfast was continental help yourself in the upstairs kitchen. The food looked fine until I opened the cupboard in which it was stored. That was full of cockroach droppings.

Location. Cosy bedroom. Excellent pub meals. Nice private upstairs kitchen for breakfast, coffee, tea, anytime
