A localização é ótima. Meia quadra da praia de Maranduba. Por perto tem mercado, farmácia, adega, lojas, restaurantes e afins. O quarto tem uma cama de casal e um beliche, na sala mais uma cama. Ventilador na sala e no quarto. É bem ok pelo preço da diária. E cabem 6 pessoas tranquilamente. O que pegamos tinha geladeira, fogão, panelas, copos, pratos e talheres.

Não oferecem material de limpeza, como detergente e desinfetante. Tem que levar tudo mesmo a depender da duração da estadia. Bucha pra lavar louça sentimos falta. Papel higiênico também levamos, lá não tem.

É muito perto da praia , dona Iracema sempre prestativa e simpática , o ambiente familiar , um local confortável na medida do possível , um bom lugar pra tomar banho e descansar .
