Thought they were all river view rooms

Comfortable beds Clean Very inviting Will stay again

Staff were excellent at the time of check in. The room was very clean a great size. The iron was very new & worked brilliantly The location was very quiet & the view over the river very relaxing

Two towels per person would have been good but had I have requested these, I’m sure we would have been given them

The location with superb river views

The room looked like it hadn't had a fefurbishment for 50 years , the shower only came up to my chest , there was no sound proofing , so you could hear the neighbours in the bathroom next door. The garbage truck arrived at 5am , and after lining up to order a pizza at the bistro , standing in front of the cash register with my cash in my hand , I was told I had to go online and down load their app to place my order and pay by card , whoever put that policy in place should be sacked. I definately would never go back , its a shame because decent rooms and bistro service in that location would be a real winner. So much potential going to waste.
