No conocía Yelapa y pues el hotel bien con servicios básicos. Felicitaciones a Vallarta Travel Rewards estuvieron al pendiente de mi estancia en cualquier momento👏

No hay personal que te atienda, la chica de la administracion solo trabaja un rato. Tuve temas de aseo y del ventilador que tuve que arreglar yo🙃

Nice staff and good communication during and prior to my arrival. Clean and relatively quiet. Floor fans were a huge help in drowning out the noise before bedtime.

It would’ve been nice to have a table just outside the bathroom to put my toiletries, etc. there was nothing like that. Or maybe even a tall slender dresser in the hallway just outside the bathroom would’ve been very helpful.

Located very centrally in Yelapa. Room is large, comfortable bed. Kitchenette kitted out quite well except there wasn't a lighter for the stove - we had to contact a WhatsApp number and request one. Local cleaner and handyman seemed nice but clearly not the folks in charge - that's a Puerto Vallarta management firm. WiFi worked well.

Confusing to find in all the small Yelapa streets. For this price not expecting fancy but facilities were mediocre at best - no hot water at all, no toilet seat and the toilet is old, showerhead fell off and was just replaced on the piping (not sealed), outside looks run down. The management company said they're sending a technician but they need a lot of upgrades to this place.

Yalapa

No staff, no A/C.rooms smelled of Humidity one of our rooms had a water leak above the kitchen.it is hidden in behind the church. Up some very steep hills. We hired a taxi actually a ATV no taxis in Yapa $200 pesos I'm glad we booked just one night as I was awake 4 times during the night with the heat and the noise i will go back to Yelapa loved it but not to this hotel.

Good location, room semi-clean. Very noisy from horses and quads passing by the window. Toilet wasn’t flushing, sink had no hot water.
