que se fue el agua y queríamos ducharnos después de ir a la playa y el check out era a las 11, aun asi después de que vino el agua nos dejaron bañar y guardaron nuestras maletas en ese lapso

La cercanía a la playa es maravillosa, la tranquilidad, si es para descansar, es ameno el lugar.

The property is gorgeously designed but the look of the property does not outweigh the negative experience we had at Casa Love.

I’ll start with this - DONT STAY HERE. I knew the property was right on the beach and on a busy street in sayulita. I actually knew the precise location as I have been to sayulita many times. I expected some noise considering the location. I can handle noise and music. I even expected it to be loud til midnight or 1am which I was totally okay with. There is a karaoke bar on the beach not far away that BLASTS music all. night. long. No joke, they were pumping music at a ridiculously high level until EIGHT IN THE MORNING. We didn’t get any sleep whatsoever. Oh and on top of that, we got bed bugs from Casa Love. We had to switch accommodation after the first night and Casa Love only refunded us 50%. Absolutely horrible customer service.

Music from nearby bars/ clubs loud throughout the night. Not sure if there is hot water available in the shower. It's a little like Flintstones meets Gilligans Island. Even though, I would 100% stay here again, and recommend it.
