Comfortable bed. Room was clean. Host was friendly, genuine. close to Marina and shops

Blurb on premises a little misleading. Onsite parking is actually street parking and a public carpark. No beach views from rooms. Premises a little run down. Advertises table in the room. Room 5 "deluxe" had no table and chairs.

The owner never let us in. He confirmed the check in time and then when we got there he never let us in and did not respond to our phone calls or messages.

"Was a cheap small room for one night, but did expect a bit better with sheets and water temp"

good location, near plenty of resturants.

sheets old, thin and orange stains in places. Also black pyjamas ended up with little balled bits of cotton from the sheets.(would recomend throwing that set out). Was told and had read a review that hot water slow to come from gas heater downstairs- ran for 10 mins in shower and luke warm, shower alcove also became a pond. Ran in hand basin for 5 mins and still luke warm - gave up as was too cold with the not needed exhaust fan on.
