Everything!!!!! Cute place and the beds were very soft compared to other beds I’ve slept on in Tepoztlán. La señora Lupita was amazing, super nice and very friendly, La señora Lore was great as well, very accommodating to our needs. Everything was very clean. They brought us portable fans/Ac because they noticed it was warm, they had cold water ready for us in the fridge. Will def book with them again next time.

Maybe just change the shower heads, we live our water to be on one place but the head was sprinkling everywhere but it was a simple fixing (we put a small towel on the shower’s head) and it was perfect but not all guest would think like that.

The garden, the view and the location

The staff was rude, the parking spot is very uncomfortable because it’s very tight, the room is super hot, the skylight in the ceiling makes very uncomfortable to sleep

The view from the garden was very nice. The room was clean.

It was mid-April when we stayed, but the room was like a steam bath and we could not sleep. There was no air conditioner in the room, and although there was a fan, it was not enough at all to cover the heat. My partner ended up sleeping on a sun bed outside, which was the worst because of mosquito bites. There was a little swimming pool, but the water was very unclean and we could not take a dip.

There is a wonderful view of the mountain from the pool. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Check-in and -out were easy. The bedroom was big, comfortable, and had a fan and mosquito net that made it very comfortable in the Morelos heat. And very centrally located.

Nothing really. It's the second time we've visited and won't be the last.

The garden is a nice oasis close to the city center.

The facilities are poorly taken care of and upon arrival we were instructed how to move the door with broken glass windows and not to open broken curtains. Microwave wasn't working and cupboards were falling apart. We were ready for checkout and needed to wait a full hour for the lady to come and return our car keys that she keeps for moving cars in the narrow parking space. Overall unfriendly and low maintenance of the space.
