Property Notes

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please note that as the front desk does not operate 24 hours a day, guests are requested to fill in their estimated arrival time in SPECIAL REQUEST BOX upon booking. The property will arrange a hotel staff to greet and assist check-in service. Self-check-in instruction will be sent on the arrival day to the guests when needed. Guests whose estimated time of arrival fall after 18:00 are requested to inform the property upon booking in the Special Request box as the property would have to prepare staff on stand-by to assist with late check-ins. A deposit may be required at the property.

So clean .. the facilities is so complete to use , has private parking in front of the door , can make like your own house , the toilet is sharing with other but its okay as the house concept was japanese style

"didn't change the bedsheet.Since we check out 9am & again check in 4pm (same room)"

The environment

Actually we booked a napoleon room We planned for 1 day..so we took the room for 1 day only.After check out,then we plan to continue to stay there.. So,for the next day I booked from my id. Once I moved in, the room was clean,but there was a small stain in the bedsheet,which we saw from the 1st day..So,that's means the staff didn't change the bedsheet????Did the hotel not have an extra bedsheet there??

The staff didn't change the blanket. This is very bad behaviour. Improve please.

I like that it is what it depicted on the booking website. Quiet and peaceful (lodge's location). And I enjoyed it especially there's the Bora Bora Georgetown bar/bistro just at the back. Loved having a beer and dinner by the beach! <3

Not that I didn't like, but it's just that I didn't try out the jacuzzi. So, next time, I shall do so! 😄
