Ardour Lodge "B" Wing

Overall it did not reach our satisfaction..... The staff is rude and no manners, I booked with 2 adults and 1 child so is triple room with 1 double bed and 1 single bed but in the room only provides 2 towels ,when mentioned this to the room owner , he told me back I only booked for 2 adults. Nevertheless when showing him the proof of booking, he only apologized and admit mistake. And room TV does not function at all. We rush back from outside , the time has over 1/2 hour from check out times, the staff told me I will be charged 2 hours penalties for late check out. When using the about point of missed towels talking back to the owner, then only say no issue for a tiny late check out.. feel like not sincere and simply decide. This will be the first and last booking with this hotel for us.

The location very systematic to reach anything you want it.. plus the sunset scenery very fantastic..

The temperature of the shower can be abit better. Sometimes it’s not getting hot and sometimes it’s getting too hot.
