FINCA QUINTA LOS CEDROS

Muy tranquilo el lugar, suficiente privacidad. La dueña muy amable y servicial, al igual que los empleados.

La habitación olía mucho a humedad y a pies sucios al encender el clima,(le hace falta mantenimiento) estaba limpio solo por "encimita", la alberca algo sucia el agua que no daban ganas de meterse. Lo que de verdad no me gustó fue que no contaba con estacionamiento en el lugar, sino que tenías que ir a unos metros más arriba y del lado contrario de la calle, pedir la llave cada que querías ir al coche. (El lugar está en una pendiente)

At time of arrival there was no one other then just a elderly lady, no other staff or guest in the hotel. Parking was about a block from facility, hotel was located in a very bad zone. Rooms were old and dirty. Pool was dirty and fill with tree branches. We ended up leaving and still got charge for it

El acceso, ubicación, lugar muy tranquilo.

Las areas libres sucias, la alberca con pelo de perro y mucha basura de árbol, el papel higiénico sucio y mojado, las sabanas llenas de moho, la televisión no cuenta con servicios de streaming.

Location is ok

We paid for two nights, ended up staying only one. The room was not clean at all. One of the beds smelled like pee, the pillows are old and bulky, the bathroom sink had hair and it leaked so the floor was wet. The shower drain did not work, so water accumulates on the bottom. We got dirty, humid towels. The manager said we needed to understand that Xilitla is a humid place, and that is why everything was wet (our second hotel was perfect). Our room didn't have a view, it only has a very small window, looking to the stairs.

The woman who ran the place was very nice.

Mold in the bathroom and smell of mold in the room.
