) Room: 1)No toilet Paper n Slippers. 2) TV use internate, very slow in response and no basic manual or instruction. 3) The room door password was only given after 21:00 hours. 4) Shower water very slow. B) Service: No 24 hours receptions front desk as stated in the offered facilities. Indeed, no one at the desk during my 48 hous stays. C) Location: 1) At main road corner, difficult to park and very dangerous to drive in and out esp during night and rain. Indeed, the parking surface is uneven that cause vehicle can brush against the road bitumen. This feedback is for future improvement. The owner depend to much on the the AI technology until no one present at the property esp during the peak hours of checking in and out. Indeed, the property is on going upgrading whereby the new system install (eg. door lock) is not properly tested by owner.
