沒有提供早餐需要走到外面食用

本來住在六樓後來需要看下新聞了解時事電視無法運作後來旅店人員請我換到8樓隔天早上退房時櫃檯前有偶像燒香的氣味很刺鼻若是有信仰應該拿到一樓前面不是擺在櫃台前這樣對旅客不尊重

離老街溪站不遠，附近超商、餐廳很多房間很便宜

隔音不好有人半夜不知是喝醉還是故意為之，一直在試門口感應下午入住時想睡一下，聽到房務打掃逐間詢問，超級吵入住要注意一下其他間怪客

菸味；訂三天櫃台在第二天因作業疏失強迫客人退房，後續處理沒效率、人員邏輯差難溝通，只會一直調監視器；退款轉錯帳戶要求客人自行負責；入住後晚上被其他房客闖入只說他們搞錯房間且無任何賠償及合理解釋，有安全疑慮。
