Uprzejma obsługa, bliskość do Starówki (zarazem zaleta jak i wada).

Bliskość do starówki - przy otwartym oknie w weekend słychać hałas z lokalnej dyskoteki, bardzo niewygodne i trzeszczące przy każdym ruchu łóżka, zbyt miękkie materace, brak udogodnień w pokoju w postaci suszarki, czajnika itp.
