Location is exceptional

- Resort is much in need of renovation - we booked a "deluxe studio" room - not cheap - and they tried to move us into a dirty and very small room in the second floor of a building. Reason, in their words: the room we booked was being repaired because of plumbing problems. No further comments on that.... After a heated and unfriendly discussion they moved us into an accommodation which was better - the breakfast was a joke. Nescafé and so on. We wanted a bit of milk for the coffee and got charged 70 pesos extra. - I would advice not to set the expectations too high and definitely corner them when tricks are being pulled.

The localisation in front of Sabang Beach was amazing. We spend there just 2 days but one of the best in Phillipines.

In the bathroom and the room there were small mold on the ceiling.

Rooms at the back are abysmal for the price. Very run down, humid. No noise insulation, the neighbours are in your room! No real blankets. You get woken up at 3am by tens of roosters.
