DEUSDefinitely a nice space. Bedroom was good size and the huge king size was very comfortable. Bathroom was definitely bigger than expected.
A fireplace was mentioned in the description but I didn’t see one. I’m guessing it was in the other unit connected to mine.
GBUSIt was perfect! The location was ideal and plenty of space for the truck. The room was spacious, modern and clean. The details to a convenience was high. We invited family for a dinner and they commented on how this is one of the prettiest and nicest places they have seen. It was quiet and night and the AC, hot water and TVs, the essentials worked amazingly. The street is quiet. It does share a closed door, hidden behind a curtain with the other airbnb space, it is like two home duplexes and you do not have access to the back yard. None the less, we heard the baby on occasion from the people but the sounds were muffled and access to the back yard was not a concern at all, the location has plenty of open spaces, to picnic, visit old town and lots of history, you are in the heart of the area. Super cute and relaxing. Will definitely rent again!
Nothing, I thought how can we improve the house, not a thing. It checks off my list: clean, modern amentities, convenience, cozy, AC/Water pressure, comfortable beds, plenty of linens, super clean shower and bathroom, big screen TV, clean and comfy couches, spacious for a small house it felt big. There was also an walk in closet for all our clothes and luggage. I had space for yoga. Nothing at all. =)
USThis was a house with an addition on the back that is used as a separate rental. That was a little confusing but certainly not a problem for us once we figured it out. The place was very roomy and well appointed. Newly remodeled for sure. The master bath and kitchen were amazing for sure!
It wasn’t as close to downtown Franklin as we had hoped but certainly easy to drive to.
