Comfortable place

This happened not long ago. My family along with a couple of people stayed there. Isang van po sila. Their policy po sa parking is first come first serve. Akala po namin na for the duration of the stay the area kung saan naka park yung van namin is reserved na for us during our duration of our stay there kasi we booked for a three days and two nights po doon. Until na sinabihan kami ng staff nila na, in a rude way, na kapag umalis yung van is the area is for another car na then bahala na kami magpark sa sm na mejo malayo kung lalakarin pa. Parang alanganin naman yata. Kaya nga nag rent kami doon kasi may parking area na. This is my first time booking here for my fam and I would say na sa iba nalang po kami magbbook if ever babalik kami ng baguio. Mind you we came from Leyte pa po. Anyways thank you

The served food is ok, cooked and served well by the staff. The staffs are accommodating and attend to guest request.

Location was quite far from busy streets, nevertheless since taxi is all around, can be easily reached. however not accessible to public transport.

liked the room. it was a large room. bookd for three but thw room is actually good for 6 which was great.

first, the shower...the water goes off once the water is hot enough for a bath... second, the keys they gave us did not work so imagine the frustation upon getting to the room at around 11pm (after going around the city), and unable to enter it because the keys dont work third, it is very easy for the staff to turn off the call on you.whether you are calling to inform them that you will see them.later for your checkin or call them to inform them abt the keys not working.. they just drop the call..

Cozy ambiance and very quiet.

Only 2 alotted parking space for guests. We had to park at Newtown Park Hotel for 2 Nights that we stayed since the parking is on first come first served basis.
