It is easily accessible to all establishments. Has a lot of nearby eateries and across is a supermarket. I like how the place isn’t noisy at night. Staffs also are also attentive to our needs. They also provide free tap and hot water. It’s safe, spacious, and most especially clean.

Some fixtures were easily broken but it was repaired right away. You can hear people chitchatting or banging doors in the hallway but its good that they provided signs of to keep quiet.

This is the ideal location as it offers a plethora of dining, drinking, and relaxation options nearby. Its excellent accessibility makes it highly recommended. I look forward to staying here again on my next visit to Dumaguete.

One minor drawback is that the room doesn't offer an external view, but this wasn't a significant issue for us since we spent most of our time on the road, exploring Dumaguete to Valencia.

the noise from other guests at 2am and the staff didnt do anything about it plus the noise from the vehicles on the road nearby.

Its near the Hypermart supermarket, SSS and Statistics Office or PSA.

The loud cars can be heard, the rooms start from the second floor and can be a pain to carry luggage up and down. the loud people nxt door which the staff did not kick out at 2am.

It was very clean and peaceful
