Pousada Mandala em frente a Praia da Concha

Não gostei de nada, aposentos horrível.

Horrível, lugar escuro, paredes mofadas, existe uma escada para o andar superior super íngrime, acabei não me hospedando, fiz contato com a anfitriã que prometeu me reembolsar que a Booking realizasse o pagamento, não cumpriu com a promessa, a Booking também se omitiu pois tinha conhecimento do ocorrido. Fiquei andando por horas com a minha família procurando uma outra acomodação que atendesse as nossas expectativas.

Excelente localização, perto de tudo, e funcionária super simpática e atenciosa.

A cama não é tão confortável e o banheiro estava com um cheiro forte.

The property has an excelent location for everything, and the free parking is inside the property, what I consider a very good advantage. The place was also extraordinary clean! The staff is amazing, they even offered help to wash our clothing!

I was hosted at the house #6, and the air conditioning was bad positioned (unless you like the air blowing directly on your face at night). Not using it is not an option: northeast brazil is far too warm! but since updatairs has enough space, I was able to drop the mattress on the ground and sleep in a better position. Again the cleaness helped me on that :) I also did not like that after the rain, there were too many bugs inside the house. I am not sure why, but it seems like the ceiling is not properply closed, with some small spaces in between the ceilling and the roof. So the bugs look for protection when everything is flooding outside.

There was an information at Booking.com, that check-in is till 10 p.m. but it's not true. I watsapp them at 8 p.m. about my reservation, they confirmed that everything is fine, but when we came at 9 p.m. there was no one at the reception desk, no one answered the phones for a long, long time. I had to ask my lokal for help because the stuff don't speek English nor Spanish, and we have to spend first night in differenf pousada (the same owner), paid for the taxi to get there. The kitchen is without any equipment

The reception was good the kitchen staff were poor and the room was in need of a clean,the ceiling was very dirty and the place was tired.the location was excellent the price was good value if you don't mind an uncomfortable place to stay.ideal for backpackers

The kitchen staff refused to put ham and cheese in an omelette even though it was available,she seemed unhappy and unwilling to help ,the shower was cold
