Sepia Restauracja & Noclegi

We had a huge room with balcony which was lovely, very modern and new bathroom. TV had Netflix which was handy, had a large fridge and table and chairs. Free parking was available at the back although small car park. Great location near the park in Jaslo, 2 minutes from restaurants.

Unfortunately the sofa bed is not very comfy, may need changing or adding a mattress? One night guests were very noisy and in the morning early, you can hear alot of noise on the corridor outside the rooms. Variety of food at breakfast but some pastries/crossiants would be good as most of the food was very traditional Polish which is not ideal if you are travelling with children.

Not all rooms have climate control, big negative. Also, the glass shower wall (not the door) leaked water at the bottom when we took showers and had a pool of water on the floor.

Sepia is a nice hotel in a town with few options. The room was nice sized, breakfast good and parking was on site. Wifi was good. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Pillows not comfortable, no shower gel or shampoo. Car park was closed for hotel guests on Sunday as they had Holy Communion party. I think it’s not acceptable as there is not any sort of informations that car park will be closed when hotel holds special events. I suppose those things can happened online in POLAND.

I liked the location of the place.

Beddings are very old and worn of especially pillows. In the room next to mine, there was a group of 6 people having a party. After speaking to the manager- he suggested to wait a bit as probably they will leave very soon. After another hour they did leave. I personally believe that gatherings like that should not be allowed in the rooms, especially because of the amount of space in the restaurant downstairs. The manager response felt like, he is prioritising some guests over my time of rest. If I could pass a little suggestion, it would be to make netflix and prime video available at the hotel so customers can log into their own accounts. We stayed 5 days and we weren’t sure what to do with all the plastic bottles and rubbish, dirty cups etc. Room service at least every other day would be great to change the glasses, beddings, towels and take away the rubbish.
