Laird And Dog Inn

There is a bus stop directly outside which made getting in and out of Edinburgh very easy. The pub had good meals and we even were able to get some haggis.

Was a bit noisy on the Saturday night we were there and the whole town was fully booked for meals on our first night. We ended up with a supermarket dinner which was a bit disappointing.

The breakfast, transport links, staff and entertainment during the evening was very enjoyable

Road traffic noise and beds kept rolling away from the walls, making sitting up to watch TV a bit of an issue

Staff helpful & friendly- Breakfast good-comfy bed/pillows.

Room a wee bit small but adequate for us-

Very friendly staff. Room was large and the corridors and stairs were wide. It was not noisy but we were there on a Wednesday night. The breakfast was a standard English made to order. The location was close enough to Edinbough by car or bus to be convenient.

Did Like the British Breakfast was the first one I had in over 9 years I have live here in the UK

Everything was good and up to standards no over the top just right for what I needed for the stay
