Quite location.

The room was booked for a relative. Due to a misunderstanding, he left his bag in the room rather than at reception for a late checkout. Rather than removing the bag (they did open the room to check), we were charged a full night rate for a few hours. I could understand if the hotel was full, but they had empty rooms available when I checked on this website.

The bed was okay and good air con

Staff were terrible and ruined the stay. We were accused of losing the hotel room key when we weren’t given one. I actually had to argue with the reception staff that she never gave me a key and she was rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. I asked her to look on CCTV but she continued to argue with me and said we’d have to pay to replace it. We went for dinner and came back to find her giggling that she never gave us a key after all. Appealing first impression of the Philippines and Thai food edit was only for one night. Maybe staff need training on customer service here
