Very kind owner who speaks good English Perfect location , close to the port and the bicycle rental shops Nice to have a small breakfast

The room had no noise cancelling at all. This was a big problem for us because the room was next to a road which gets busy from 6 o’clock in the morning , so we woke up very early and could not sleep after 6am. The mattresses in the rooms where too thin to be comfortable

Great location and useful for one night

Main door left unlocked overnight which felt a bit unsafe. No staff onsite overnight - some guests were very loud in the middle of the night. Duvet was a square shape that didn't cover feet which was bit uncomfortable.

Location is very convenient if you need to catch the ferry next morning. Also the I love you bath is pretty close. Complimentary breakfast was good too.

The place can feel a little small, the stairs going up is pretty narrow, the room has thin walls (which is pretty common in Japan), but the place accommodates a lot of guests so you would know if anyone snores next room or when they go to the toilet etc.
