Lokalizacja. Czystość. Wyposażenie. Ogrzewanie działające oraz ciepła woda. Zgłaszam te dogodności ponieważ pozyskali kursanci nocowali w Kresowiance i narzekali na brak ciepłej wody pod prysznicem. Nieprzyjemny zapach papierosów w całym hotelu oraz hałasy. W Zajeździe Grodzkim nie było żadnych problemów. Miejsce godne polecenia.

Idealna lokalizacja w samym centrum Starego Konina, smaczne śniadanie serwowane do pokoju, spokój, cisza i kameralna atmosfera.

Widać, że obiekt lata świetności ma już za sobą. W łazience przydałoby się odkamienić perlator, bo woda w umywalce chlapie na boki.
