Excelente ubicación. La sra muy amable

The sushi place is part of the same building and is actually great. Very convenient to have next door, especially since it's open very late and comes in handy when you want to buy some water or soda. The host is super nice, the room is tiny but comfortable. She provided a clean bath towel and little soap bar. The kitchen area is stocked with instant coffee, sugar, mugs, glassware, utensils, etc. I only had to buy some milk to use as coffee creamer. There's a little supermarket in front of the park next door where you can get some items.The mall nearby is a 10 minute walk. There are rental scooters nearby as well. Things to know is there is no AC in the room but there is a unit in the living room you can use to cool it down at night but a small fan in the room was enough for me.

I appreciated having a kitchen to use. It was well-stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, salt, oil, and spices to use for cooking.

Loved the kitchen! It was complete with spices and oil to use for cooking, coffee, tea, and sugar. Fridge and freezer had ample space. The beds were comfortable, heaters available to use when it got chilly. Bus goes right by the house, there is a great mall just a ten minute walk. Metro is nearby - take a bus or walk to the Los Dominicos station. Marta was a great host, and very responsive via WhatsApp.

the bathroom didn’t look clean, the room was too small and the bedroom door was hard to open and had open space on the upper part that allowed noise and smoke to come in. They let another lady staying next to me to smoke inside the apartment. I don’t like the smell of cigarettes inside a house. the kitchen looked messy and dusty. and the owner would be there all the time asking questions and complaining about other peoples review.
