Quite big and spacious room was awesome. The personnel is very friendly and helpful.

Some problems with tap water during stay at hotel

upon my prior booking and arrival I was told that there’s no available room in the hotel and they told me that their BOOKING system doesn’t work therefore they were not able to track my booking. I don’t know whom to blame BOOKING or Hotel but the fact is that my situation was very annoying and uncomfortable!

Spacious room was nice. Had space to work in the room. Nice sauna. Staff was nice but not so professional. They try to do their best but they cannot do it. Staff either purposefully or not ignore maybe do not understand English well.

Bathroom had a very bad smell like rotten or sewarage. I changed the room, but the second room was even worse, with cigarette smell in bed pillows and sheets. Hotel then kicked me out by saying that they do not have any other room for me. This was not a nice behaviour, although they could choose to clean rooms and bathrooms properly.
