Comfortable, clean, walking distance from train station.

Very close to everything. Comfortable and enjoyable. Enrica checked to make sure I had everything I needed and even facilitated helping me with my luggage to the train as I was using a walking stick at that time. This was greatly appreciated.

The host kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything which was really nice. Location was great.

The spare single bed was very uncomfortable. It was very old and the base of the bed was broken. My daughter had to sleep in the double bed with my wife while I slept on the single bed mattress on the floor.

Good lighting.

If you have sensitives to smell and/or perfumes, the inn keeper uses a laundry soap that smells bad and stinks up the entire room. IF you are from the USA and like GAIN stink, then you would like this room. Heat is on a timer, so about 12 midnight the heat goes off and it gets really cold in the room. But in bathroom, no room freshener and the scent is needed in there. Shower door poorly maintained, very difficult to open and close. Bathroom sink low water pressure, less then a trickle. Very small hot water tank, You has a 2 minute tops shower and 20-30 minute wait for more hot water. Walking in with or without luggage, you have to climb over a outside stone and then very large step down and no railing. There is a dehumidifier in the room that the inn keeper does not tell you about and it beeps and you are the one to maintain this, Finding electrical outlets to charge is difficult and the outlets were worn and would not accept a converter. Water in the kitchen worked but water did not drain, it backed up. The booking service stated taxes wee included and we already paid the tax to the booking service but the inn keeper wanted additional for more taxes and higher then the booking service stated taxes were. Waiting on response from the booking service. Location in the early morning has school kids yelling and making alot of noise. 5:30-7 am very noisy. Neighbors using plumbing, you hear it all. The inn keeper is nasty and not cooperative and she stated she has other rooms under different names int he area. I wonder if the other rooms are this poor?

The location was excellent.

The humidity in the room required machines to be left on all the time, slightly noisy for sleeping.

Great decor and location, they accommodated us having to leave early it was appreciated.

Hot water doesn’t last long, ideally don’t have two people take showers in a row.
