"I paid extra for added inconvenience..."

paid an extortionate early checkout fee to leave early in the morning as hotel reception needs to let you out. however after paying and scheduling my checkout, came downstairs at 5am to find I'm stuck inside with no staff on-site when I really needed to leave for work. and the number to call "in case of any problems" kept declining. terrible service. lost time and money with this place. Really unhappy with this and would expect the manager to reach out and resolve this.

It was quiet and clean. The restaurant and bar were top notch. The waitress was very friendly and did her best to communicate with me as my Ukrainian skills are very weak

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had the English breakfast before checking out and it was great. I will go back before leaving Ukraine.
