"本店未附櫃台，客人必须到附近總店的櫃枱辦理報到及退房很不方便.另外發票只開紙本發票而不能刷條碼將發票存戴具雲端內.不重視客人權益.房間內冷氣會一直滴水床墊及枕頭太軟睡不舒服未提供有椅背的椅子電視機太小"

冷氣會一直滴水，床墊及枕頭太軟睡不舒服、床尾木板高於床墊又床墊太軟所以造成了坐或躺會時常撞到木板.桌子太小張.另外椅子只提供蹲坐式椅子.沒提供可靠背椅子很不舒服.本店未提供櫃枱服務人員服務及提供點心及茶飲.報到及退房都要到另外總店才有櫃台服務，而櫃台服務也不是24小時服務.讓旅客我很不方便.另外發票只能開紙本發票,不能刷條碼存戴具雲端內.不重視客人權益.

两張彈性不錯大床睡的很舒服，泡溫泉浴缸超大泡溫泉真的超讚！

晚上早早櫃台就沒人，兩張大床少了一床棉被不知找誰補給😭只能用洗澡用兩張的大浴巾頂著蓋😞還好是晚上天氣還不冷😠

"能泡溫泉不錯呦～出發前幸好有先看Google評論說check-in的地方是艾玹爾溫泉會館（礁溪仁愛路50號）和住宿的地方距離一小段，離白水豆花跟奕順軒很近，位置不錯"

爸媽泡溫泉後很開心、很放鬆

冷水池開水方便，不過熱水池開水的位置設計的令人疑惑🤔距離很遠，要用蓮蓬頭開遙遠的熱水池。老人家浴室內走路要非常小心
