Excellent 5star room

Staff Service Dangerous Laundry bags blocking stairs No gluten free cereal for breakfast despite pre warning staff and very poor response from owner saying it was uneconomic to provide! Definitely need some customer care training

Everything at the Vic was lovely. Room was brilliant. Comfortable bed,great TV and shower. Excellent breakfast next morning. The owner very friendly.

It was situated in a quite village

I would have liked the kitchen to have been open for longer as we returned to our stay around 9 pm and the kitchen was closed

I’m on crutches with a broken leg and from the minute I arrived the staff where very attentive, The room was very clean and the food was second to none. Will be back thank you all
