Dona do local é muito mal educada gosta de fica controlando oque faz e pra aonde vai e que hora vai chegar eu achei isso muito desagradável sem conta que o quarto é privativo e pequeno e no banheiro água do chuveiro não é quente pra você tomar um banho quente você tem que ir em outro banheiro que só lá tem água quente eu só achei que é uma propaganda enganosa

A Brenda é muito prestativa e simpática

O chuveiro já estava queimado e não trocaram. Falou que ia comprar e até o dia de ir embora não foi trocado. Nunca tinha gente na recepção. O quarto não foi limpo. Tivemos que retirar o lixo do banheiro. E a funcionária do café da manhã fez muita falta de educação e ficava respondendo mal humorada. O sinal do wi-fi oscilava bem, raro os dias que conseguimos usar.

Da hospitalidade de Dona Brenda! Me acolheu antes mesmo do horário de check-in, e isso pra uma mulher que viaja sozinha é de um cuidado imenso!

Achei a entrada muito regrada. Me senti um pouco insegura de chegar depois das 00h e correr o risco de ficar no portão esperando alguém abrir. Acredito que se tivesse portão com chave eletrônica seria uma boa alternativa pra isso.

The bed was really comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The owner is, indeed, really nice and is plenty of stories to tell; hours of good conversations.

What can I say... - the shower was small, kinda broken (fixed with a plastic bag), there was only cold water (not that it would be a problem in Fortaleza); - the cleaning seems not to be done frequently, neither on the room, nor on the bathroom (it's passable); - the furniture on the room has seen better days, looked vandalised (so this one may not be on the owner, I guess); - the window, well, there was no proper window in the room, just a small broken tilting window to the reception. - to top it off, there was a noisy fan on the room, so, no air con. - the list goes on... I just could not stay there the two nights (cloud barely sleep to be honest), and had to find better place.

very dirty rooms and place in general. staff are friendly tho. wouldn’t recommend tho because room looked like a prison and was very hot.
