Location, amenities, friendly staff (goes a long way especially as we had a bad experience with other bulgarian staff).

Visible spider webs in the corners and under the desk. We had to choose only one option for breakfast. For the money we paid, I expected to be able to have a full breakfast.

The location is beautiful, the staff make you to be in a family. Food is super. Should be improved the daily cleaning of the room.

Not every day the trash of the room is evacuated.
