"Для начала закрыть базовые потребности жителей отеля, хотя бы в тепле, которого не было"

Близко к работе

Очень холодно в номерах, отсутствие любого отопления, втрое одеяло отсутствует, поэтому первую ночь спал в куртке. Персонал знает очень много слов НО , и много отрицательных ответов вместо ДА. На улице -12 и -10 но в номерах не теплее

Дуже гарно і затишно

Через відключення світла не вдалось скористатись сауною. Вода в басейні біля сауни була каламутна.

"Сам заклад неймовірний і ми точно приїдемо ще але номер з банею розчарував!"

Дуже смачно готують в ресторані , номер з джакузі неймовірний!

Номер з банею був з зіпсованою підлогою і в душі була погано вимита підлога, а в басейні сіра мутна вода.
