We arrived this Gasthouse and place for the very first time, and we were warmly welcomed. We got tree nice, clean rooms. Two of the room was very good size, and they all tree looked cosy. So our first sight was good. We had a very pleasant stay.

"Top price/performance close to Zell am See"

From time to time we are in the Zell am See region to meet friends from school and others or simply to have a great time in the picturesque scenery of the Zell am See region. Usually we stay at Schloss Kammer in Maishofen but we stayed also at Gasthof Post for a view nights. What we liked most was the price/performance ratio. It is a nice 3 star standard hotel with a lovely small wellness-area and a swimming pond in the court yard. We did not mind using the stairs, because there is no elevator. We came also for some hiking, so why not hike in the hotel ;-) Another great feature is the lovely food, served either on one of the terrasses or in the nice restaurant. The smaller room of the restaurant is nicer, try to get a spot there. And if you do not want to take the car to Zell am See there is bus line going almost directly in front of the hotel to the city centre of Zell am See. We certainly come back!!!
