Cute Studio With Large Balcony and Great Park View

I loved the location, quite convenient to everything one would want to see and visit in San Diego. The room was spatious for one person, the balcony was amazing, and overall I had a lovely stay. The communication was clear, quick and direct, much appreciated.

Everything was great, the only thing I didn't appreciate, but that was deeply personal, and it was the cleaning product used to clean the floor. It left the floor a bit sticky, so I didn't feel comfortable walking barefoot. It's a tiny detail though, and definitely something that should bring the evaluation down. The room was clean, and that was important.

The balcony and location was nice.

I really did try to give this property a chance to make this right. When I got to the accommodation, immediately I noticed that the white sheets were dirty with dirt stains everywhere. This made me feel uncomfortable because it was so obviously dirty so Im not sure why they left it there and/or how they could not have noticed. Then, upon further inspection of the place, I am disgusted to say that there was dirty underwear left on the floor in the room from the previous guest. I took photos of everything and reached out to the property asking for a partial refund to hopefully make this right. Not only have the ignored my messages (they respond initially and then dont follow up), booking.com also was unable to get a hold of them. I have also tried calling multiple times but no one answers. Would not recommend staying here! It was dirty and they dont seem to care to make it right!

I really really enjoyed my stay here. The location is great.It's walkable to downtown, san diego, with all the shops and clubs. The room was the perfect size. Even the bathroom, which I am usually rather particular about, was comfortable to shower in. I am surely going to book this room again on my next trip to san diego. Which will be real soon.

I didn't care for the fact that I couldn't even smoke on the patio... But that's fine, it keeps the place nice. It wasn't that inconvenient to go downstairs outside front. I understand not everyone is respectful of the people's property.

Very comfortable and spacious room, with a view of the street and Balboa Park. Easy check-in process, and everything was very clean. I was in San Diego for an event at the Convention Center, and I was able to walk there every day, about a 25-minute walk. There is a pharmacy, convenience store and restaurants nearby. Despite being close to the airport, I was not bothered by the noise, and the property provides earplugs. Easy communication with the staff.
