Was a bit drab in decoration (everything was grey!) Had to be precise about when we came down for breakfast

Lovely village outside of Exeter. Quiet. Shane is very welcoming and the staff very friendly. Room large and comfy. All the stations on TV. Restful stay

Parking was tricky but plenty in front of the Spar. Fifty meters away.
