Very nice staff. Rooms were clean, but nothing fancy. Chose this hotel for the price and location to Mount Shasta Ski Park.

My family heard the train at midnight and in the early morning. They do provide earplugs; you should consider them if you are a light sleeper.

Beautiful view of Mt.Shasta from the parking lot. Cute, cozy, friendly. Right in the middle of either town or the Headwaters. Perfect for walking.

The room was large, comfortable, and clean. Centrally located, finding melas was easy. The staff member who helped me (Sade) was gracious, informed, and completely helpful. Her information made my time there much better.

Clean, new furniture, easy access

The pet area was well lit and clean. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Because we were traveling with a puppy we were very happy with a laminate floor and used towels for paw clean up. Front desk staff were pleasant.

Outside door was difficult to lock, and the bathroom door didn’t latch. The inn is across from the train tracks which are used during late nights and early morning.
