The apartment was super super super clean. The owner was extremely kind and helpful. The restroom and kitchen were so clean. We had all the essentials we needed. Fully furnished and very clean. Great view. I will come again definitely. Overall 10/10 experience.

The place is generally quite satisfactory, and I must say, dealing and communicating with the owner was truly excellent.

When it comes to dealing and communicating with the janitor, it didn't quite meet expectations. There's definitely some potential for improvement in the cleanliness of the place.

STAFF TOLD ME I CAN CHECKIN FROM 1 PM BUT WHEN I CALLED TO ASK THEM TO CHECKIN THEY SAID 2 TO 3 PM. THEN THE OWNER STARTED DISRESPECTING ME WHEN I TOLD HIM I WILL SHOW HIM MY ID UPON ARRIVAL NOT BEFORE THAT. THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND AND STOLE MY MONEY.

the location is good 2 mins walk to the sea

it wasn’t clean nor comfy. i used my towel to sleep on it because the bed was dirty , there was a used floss on top of the comod next to the bed ( which means they didn’t clean probably after the previous customer) the toilet sink was so disgusting . i barely touched the stuff in there. the furniture and the facilities are older than whats shown in the pictures uploaded in booking. the owner was nice and he kept asking if everything okay via WhatsApp ,however the guy he sent to give the apartment keys was a little rude , he looks suspicious, didn’t even smile once ,and he doesn’t know who deal with customers. he treated us like we are criminals and he is a detective. overall it’s just okay to stay one night there, if you don’t really care about the comments above and looking for a cheap place to stay regardless of how clean it is. a side note : the apartment in the 14th floor and the electricity cut if once during our stay and we had to use the stairs ( this is nothing the owner can do ,it is something out of control but just to be careful if you a company with old people or children)
