Rangeley Saddleback Inn

This place is severely lacking, a very barebones type of hotel, the pool closes so early you don’t have any time to use it. There are no vending machines on site as advertised and the common room had no space as one family occupied it the entire time. Heater is extremely loud. There is no access to anything but tap water, there is no body wash in the bathroom or trash can in the bathroom, they won’t give you fresh towels unless you bring them the dirty ones from your room. Bed and pillows are uncomfortable. No one at the front desk after 9. Aside from being close to town I cannot imagine what the good reviews are for here. Would not recommend this place to anyone

The staff was incredible and actually cared abouth us and were so proud of their place. They where verry accomodating and the pool and hot tob was awesome. My girlfreind and I had the hot tub to ourselves most of the time.

It is close to Saddleback.

The chlorine fumes in the hot tub room are so bad it is unusable. It is dangerously bad and they haven't bothered to fix this in the last 4 years. Also, I doubt the Keurigs have ever been cleaned. Finally, there was a cup with a spilled drink next to the bed. That's the kind of attention to detail you can expect.
