Très bon accueil alors que nous sommes arrivés en horaire décalé Hotel calme et bien équipé avec parking, piscine, terrasse, Hôtel réservé suite à retour du sud de l' Espagne, parfait pour une etape

The breakfast was simple but very tasty and the staff were very willing to cater for special requests. The bedroom was great with a very comfortable bed and a sun terrace with a view of the mountain. Very quiet and relaxing. The swimming pool is a good size and very clean. I would love to stay here again.

The bathroom was a bit old fashioned but very clean. It's not really a problem and the shower was very good.

"Nefasta experiencia en el Cid Country Club."

La ubicación de las instalaciones.

A pesar de haber solicitado, todos los días con insistencia, la limpieza de la habitación, solamente la limpiaron uno de los cuatro días de nuestra estancia. A pesar de figurar en el reglamento interior del establecimiento que se podía solicitar que hicieran la habitación. Es decir, INCUMPLIERON EXPLÍCITAMENTE SU PROPIO REGLAMENTO. Incluso, por dicho motivo, tuvimos, una acalorada y muy desagradable discusión, con un empleado, un tal Paco, que SE SACÓ DE LA MANGA QUE "LA LIMPIEZA DE LA HABITACIÓN SE HACÍA DOS DÍAS". INFRINGIENDO, LÓGICAMENTE, EL PROPIO REGLAMENTO INTERIOR DEL ESTABLECIMIENTO. (Acompaño fotos de dicho reglamento). Por lo tanto y en base a nuestra nefasta experiencia, NO TENEMOS PENSADO VOLVER A ALOJARNOS JAMÁS en el Cid Country Club.
