Ottimo il ristorante e il personale in generale. Anche la posizione, nonostante relativamente lontana dalla stazione, è comunque ben servita dai mezzi pubblici. Nonostante tutto, questo è uno degli hotel che entrano in considerazione tra le mie scelte in caso di viaggio di lavoro o privato in zona Frauenfeld.

La struttura non ha un posteggio suo, Bisogna lasciare l'auto nell'autosilo vicino (Marktplatz) a prezzi esorbitanti, oppure a prezzi ragionevoli ma a tempo limitato all'aperto. C'è un altro posteggio coperto ben più economico, ma a 5 minuti a piedi. Il WiFi era molto debole, per poter avere un flusso di dati sufficiente per svolgere qualche lavoro con il laptop (amministrazione) ho dovuto utilizzare l'hotspot del telefono.

We loved our stay in Frauenfeld! The free breakfast was awesome and it was close to the train station. Our room had a mini fridge and huge balcony with views of the castle. The room included 2 postcards so I was able to send some to my Fraunfelder family in the United States. You needed to swap out your old school key for a different one to enter the building and your room so that made it unique. The staff was so friendly and let us store our luggage after check out so we could explore the town and tour the Frauenfeld castle before heading to our next destination. Thank you again for a great stay!

Im Herzen der Stadt und dank isolierverglasung Nachts ruhig. In den bequemen Betten lässt es sich gut schlafen. Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Es lohnt sich auch im Restaurant zu essen, denn die Speisen sind sehr lecker und die Zutaten der Gerichte stammen meist aus regionaler Produktion.

Nicht's auszusetzen von meiner Seite. Klar es gäbe immer was zu meckern, wie der fehlende Lift in die oberen Stockwerke wo die Zimmer sind, oder dass es keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze gibt (es hat aber in der Umgebung genug öffentliche Parkplätze). Das alles hat mich nicht wirklich gestört.
