It was clean and the bed was comfy. There was an excellent variety of pastries for breakfast. A less sugary option would be nice for those of us watching sugar levels - maybe fruit with peanut butter or instant oatmeal - something.

Our air conditioner wasn't working exactly right, but they were aware and said they had worked on it.

Very convenient to walk to restaurants and other activities. It was quiet and we loved the mountain stream right under your balcony. Overall very good value and the staff was great.

Not having many channels on the TV. We didn't have streaming capabilities on it.

The pools were very nice I wish the indoor one stayed open 24 hrs but it stays open until 11pm the outdoor pool was warm but crowded the room was nice and I loved the balcony over the creek very nice staff

I wish the could mark the parking spaces for your room number instead of just park where you can because my mom is handicapped and we had to park several doors down from the room and it wasn't very handicapped accessible especially the indoor pool

I went with my husband and my 7-month-old son is a beautiful place we loved the facilities all very clean organized, what we liked the most was the heated pools the water from the outdoor pool was always warm and the indoor one, there is also a jacuzzi with warm water super relaxing, bubbly, beautiful, for everyone who rents that place, I rent a room with jacuzzi and it was the most fascinating and relaxing experience we had on our vacation. After arriving from a whole day of sightseeing knowing beautiful places and getting into devices, with tired feet, we got into the jacuzzi, to relax we loved it a lot, the room is made of wood everything is beautiful, the bed was huge so we slept super well the 3, in the room there was a coffee maker so I made coffee with milk every day. There is also near the pool a beautiful river a swing and a divine campfire to relax at night, the place is beautiful full of green areas lots of nature that surrounds the rooms and the whole place is spectacular, beautiful relaxing.

The only thing that I did not like that they do not give a good breakfast, there is only coffee, juices, very sweet cupcakes, and cookies but nothing....out excellent breakfasts like stuffed bread, salads, breakfast that is not sweet.

The outdoor pool was nice and the location is fantastic. They seem to be trying to update the rooms.

The indoor pool wasn’t as pretty as what it looks like in the pictures. The waterfall doesn’t work. The hot tub was gross and we told them about it, but it never got cleaned. I hate that we had a balcony room, but looked into other rooms just across the water.

Great location

Very spacious, it was older but it was CLEAN. Great location and when we left there was bears outside, so that was amazing! I will definitely rebook!
