Location is accessible and closer to Gatlinburg Strip. Rooms were spacious with decent amenities. Overall, great place to stay at affordable price.

Structure is bit old and does not have modern amenities.

Location, only 5 channels on the TV, carpet on the walkway and after it rained and got wet you would track water into the room.

Just about everything! The gentleman that checked us in last night was so friendly & helpful. The room was sort of like a cabin (390) The stairs to the room were steep & narrow, with my husband having a prosthetic leg, the front desk clerk gave us instructions on how to reach the room via a ramp. The room was huge! And beautiful with wood paneled walls & wood floors. The jacuzzi tub was big enough for both of us & we ain't small! It was a much needed relaxing soak. The bed was big. The shower was large & the water pressure was AMAZING!

Zoders would definitely become my go to accommodation for Gatlinburg if not for the mattress. It was flat, very hard & have no give to it. I have chronic back issues so unfortunately this was a problem. This one upgrade would make Zoders 100% perfect
