ZAVery spacious, kitchen has all the utensils, air cons help with the heat and the staff is very helpful (Thank you Enoc). It’s also close to shopping amenities.
ZAI appreciate that the host tried her best to make up for the fact that the house was in an appalling state by getting it cleaned on our second day and recommending a good restaurant for our Christmas dinner.
I didn't like that there were bats in the room and one was actually dead under the bed. There was dust everywhere on the furniture. Basically, the house was not clean. Dirty sheets were covered with clean ones.

The house is in need of serious maintenance and a good clean. None of the taps close properly (we had to place cloths in the sink to dampen the incessant dripping) and shower heads are missing. The sugar jars were empty, there was no hand soap in the bathrooms. I booked unit number 4 and we were put in unit 3 which was quite different from what I booked. Expected a lot more for what we paid.

ZALocation was good.Very quiet area.The view was excellent over the river and for sunrise.Kitchen is well equipped.TV in everyroom appreciated.The wifi connection is a bonus.Aircons in rooms are appreciated.Enoch was very helpful and friendly.
This is our honest opinion and should be seen not as complaints but for improving your standards.The water supply was a problem,either no water or very poor pressure.Showers not up to standard.The floors were very dirty as the childrens feet looked as if they had been paying outside.Floors need attention.The whole building in and outside needs attention, maintenace and paint.Pool was not clean.The beds were very hard and the pillows not all up to standard.And attention to detail will be good.
