"Very far from the ski lift and its not a hotel its a house"

The design is not bad

It is extremely far from the ski lift around 30-35 minutes and there are no taxi available. It is a weird property I did not understand if it was a house or hotel there was no reception just one guy that was barely there. We stayed 3 days no one changed or cleaned our room and the owner does not speak english.

"Comfortable stay in Bansko"

Overall the property is really comfortable to stay at. The owner is extremely nice and the rooms are tidy, clean and warm. Great value for the price.

Only thing that could be improved is the kitchen. It lacks space and facilities. There’s only a camping fire to cook with and there are not many pans available. We had to buy our own pan to be able to cook.
