The staff were extremely helpful, and the breakfast was amazing. Also loved the amazing views.

The Aircon didn't work and despite being told it would be fixed the following day it hadn't been. We were given a fan but again this didn't fully work correctly and was difficult to switch on and off. The description says there is a restaurant but actually it is a dining area that guests can use but no food apart from breakfast is available from the restaurant. Maybe this could be made clearer on the booking.com distribution.

Breakfast was amazing. The mountains views were stunning! The staff was helpful and friendly. They provide exceptional TUk Tuk service- Dilshan Tuk Tuk service is great and he is a good kid.

The rooms had a mouldy smell, likely due to poor ventilation. It is not walkable to town because of the altitude.

The staff is soo nice!! Very very familiar, so welcoming and always with a smile on the face. We got to know Sonny, the owner of the place and he is truly the kindest person we have ever met. It was very special. The breakfast is hand cooked and very good! They always helped us with any request we had!

Very kind people and ovener is with huge knowlage about lot of subjects and speak English and Franch and can fix everything you need

Not near (by walk) to Ella and it is lots of up down going and nothing is nearr

Staff was no helpfull at all. breakfast not possible before 09.30. Rooms did not accomodate the number of people indicated.
