Lavendra Paradise

This hotel was perfect for my needs, the room was large enough for a short stay and it was clean. The view over the mountains of Ella was unbelievable and such a peaceful environment to be in. The breakfast served in the morning was substantial and I was spoiled for choice. The owner was always available for help and to take me/pick me up to and from the centre of Ella which was particularly useful as I am a solo traveller. Overall had an amazing time here!

Die Aussicht ist eine der besten in Ella. Wie schon andere Reisende vor uns beschrieben haben, ist es das beste Frühstück, welches wir in Sri Lanka bisher hatten. Für den Preis ist an der Unterkunft nichts auszusetzen. Der Eigentümer hat uns eine hervorragenden Weitertransport organisiert. Die Angestellten waren super zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Restaurants, Supermarkt und ATM sind fußläufig erreichbar.

The rooms were spacious, the bed extremely comfortable and the staff warm and welcoming. We also chose to use their laundry service, which was quick and fairly priced. The best part of our experience was the view from our seating area just outside our room and the overall peacefulness of the property. Would stay here again :)

Not a massive deal (nice to have), but it would be helpful to have plug outlets on both sides of the bed so we could both use our phones while charging
