Pas d étagère dans la salle de bain ,pas d emplacement pour poser les valises ,pas assez de produits pour la douche ,la porte séparation des chambres trop fine ,la climatisation très bruyante et le petit déjeuner très limité ….le jardin est magnifique ainsi que la piscine

very nice location just across the road by the karon beach (it’s a busy road though sometimes dangerous to cross just fyi) and karon circle bus station, very convenient to get around as well as to get the blue bus and airport smart bus; nice and friendly staff; very nice breakfast, you can order from a list and there’s also a small buffet offered; the whole hotel is like in a big nice garden with plenty of tropical trees, flowers, cats and a pool, walking around in the morning and evening was quite nice

the facilities in the room are a bit outdated, the bathroom door can’t be shut properly, the shower pressure was a little unstable; the car noise from the street sometimes loud at night; but nothing major, still a very nice stay

Pros: Great location - the beach is just across the road. A big 7-Eleven is nearby and there are never queues there, unlike the ones deeper in Karon. Everything is within walking distance. The green territory of the hotel is really nice. Breakfast is good you can choose from a menu. And of course, the price is very good.

Cons: As I understood, most rooms face the road, so it is very noisy. It’s also impossible to turn on the air conditioner because it blows directly onto the bed, which is a big problem and very uncomfortable. The hotel is also a bit dirty in general. A very big downside is the extremely poor internet connection, and at times there is no internet at all. Overall, if you are looking for one of the best price-to-quality hotels in Karon, this place is definitely in the top ten.
