"Annual pilgrimage to watch six nations rugby"

Have stayed many times and always enjoy going back. Return yearly after watching the six nations rugby The owner is very welcoming and friendly. Good food and good selection of beer, wines and spirits The village small, rural and pretty. The pub is located next to a stream and offers a relaxing environment Thoroughly recommend

Needs some modernising but the new owner is doing a great job in renovating the property.

Cute little pub. Friendly staff, nice fireplace. We enjoyed a game of Scrabble that was provided! Husband enjoyed trying the beers!

Doesn't serve food on Mondays or Tuesdays and didn't open until 3pm so we had to find another pub for food. Nothing within walking distance but a pleasant, quiet little residential village.

Really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were all so helpful.and friendly. Evening meal was lovley Our room was perfect everything we needed in there. Breakfast was included with a lovley selection and beautifully cooked breakfast . Great little find would definitely stay again.
