Customer service was appalling I had a male member of staff walk in to our room whilst my wife was half naked. Felt pressured into ordering more drinks of food. On the morning we was leaving the door was locked to the stairs to pub.so we had to go out the fire escape. Female member of staff was very rude towards people from the midlands,and made us feel uncomfortable. Parking for disabled people was none existent.it was taken up by none disabled drivers. Stairs carpets were filthy,I didn’t think the cleanliness was good at all. I felt as if I couldn’t complain at the time in fear of creating an even worse atmosphere. The food was mediocre but over priced. I would never stay here again or recommend this to anyone.

Room was great. Restaurant was great. Carpark secure at night. Breakfast included very nice. Great start to the day.

Room although had a radiator. I got abit cold at 4.30am had to throw a blanket on. Then at 8am the radiator was still not warn. Apart frim that what a lovely place

The breakfast was amazing. Really big , filled my husband and myself for the day and we left some. The rooms are beautifully furnished and quiet, plus large bed. The staff amazing both evening and breakfast ladies.

Nothing really only for my personal reasons as I have medical condition that keeps me cold no matter what the weather is , I couldn't get the bath radiator warm. That's only me .
